How do i pay my contractor 1099 earnings using zpay ?

The best way to see how to setup a non-employee payee is to study the settings in our example data file (paywin.dxi) for Employee 104, John Apple. Also See the Department Settings in the sample company where Department 20 is set which is used for the non-employee settings.
