Why do I have to pay OH sales tax when buying PayWindow Upgrade?

I have been buying PayWindow upgrade for many years now but this year your system is charging me sales tax. I doubt you have presence in Ohio, and I do not know of a mechanism that will let you properly submit those taxes if you do not have a licence for each county. I think you made a mistake when setting it up.

We do not manage our own sales, ZPAY uses eSellerate a Digital River on-line sales company to process our sales. They have offices in and are registered in around 28 states and must collect taxes for those states. Ohio is one of them. See this link:
