Using the Quickbooks check format in Zpay. I printed a practice check on a blank piece of paper. In the wages report area the line after the employee's name lists the Reg Rate: with a blank space and then the pay rate. The pay rate instead of being right after the colon is up against the Reg Hrs:
Is there a way to do away with the blank space by maybe left aligning the numbers?
Also, there are 5 rows of the same thing like this:
Reg Rate: Reg Hrs: OT1 Rate: OT1 Hrs: OT2 Rate: OT2 Hrs:
Reg Rate: Reg Hrs: OT1 Rate: OT1 Hrs: OT2 Rate: OT2 Hrs:
Reg Rate: Reg Hrs: OT1 Rate: OT1 Hrs: OT2 Rate: OT2 Hrs:
Reg Rate: Reg Hrs: OT1 Rate: OT1 Hrs: OT2 Rate: OT2 Hrs:
Reg Rate: Reg Hrs: OT1 Rate: OT1 Hrs: OT2 Rate: OT2 Hrs:
Only the first one has meaningful numbers in it. Is there a way to do away with those other four rows?
I found the video about how to input a $ sign or asterisks before the check amount. Could I do something similar to accomplish what I am talking about above?
Thanks,
Harold
