Do I need all these "unins XXX" files

I noticed that in the Programs/PayWindow Payroll/ folder in my computer there are 96 pairs of files titled unins000 to unins096.

I'm guessing they got added every time I installed an updated version of the program over the many years I've been using it. Do I need to keep any or all of those files? Thanks.

You can delete the "sets" of those uninstall files, I do that quite often as many installs I perform here myself. Also uninstalling will delete all of the files too, but either way is good.
