Hi, our hard drive crashed and I've been able to recover some payroll backups but not the most recent. I've downloaded PW to the new computer and have attempted to restore from the most recent backup available, planning on manually entering the lost data, we do have a paper trail. When attempting to restore, keep getting an message to insert the last disk. I don't have it on disk, we restored the old hard drive and transferred the info to a stick. What can I do to restore what we have?

That does not sound like you are restoring from our built-in backup system. If you have been using our backup system, you would have a USB drive with the backup files.

If you are not restoring from a backup that PayWindow made, I really can't help other than tell you to find the folder named "PayWindow Data Files" and restore that to the new computer's Documents Folder.
