Is it possible to use Pay Window to set up a Simple IRA where only 3 employees will take part and save 3% and the employer will match the 3%?

PayWindow can only track the deduction from the employees. You would need to track the employer contribution outside of PayWindow for reporting at the end of the year.

Yes, view this entire video as part is for taxable deductions and part for non-taxable deductions. It shows how to create the deduction in the company settings and then how to set that to the constant for the affected employees.
