no names on checks

Title says it all, basically we print payroll checks (voucher style) and it prints everything but their name. it does however print there name down below where the memo is and that lets them cash their checks at the bank but its just a workaround for now. would like to add it through designer but would rather someone walk me through it so i don't mess it up.

We do print the name on the checks. If you go to this page in the help file:

You will see a link near the top of that page that will show you a number of example checks that we support and see where the name prints on them. Those are the checks that PayWindow supports.

If you did not purchase those checks and are using some other checks, there is an unsupported edit feature that you can see at this link:

Looking at that check, it appears it may be an Intuit QuickBooks check, use the QuickBooks option in the check printing Dialog.

Paul, i'm very sorry it took so long to reply but I completely forgot about this post, you are correct that was the problem and for a long time the way around it was to do a custom check design myself which could have been avoided if I just put quick-book check option. thank you very much for your response.
