Former Employees

I understand that I cannot delete an employee. I have to mark them as unemployed. However, I now have quite a list of unemployed people and have to scroll through many names to find the employed employees. Is there a way to get rid of the old names?

Yes the End of Year tool permanently deletes the employees marked as Unemployed. See this topic in the Help File at this link:
