PDF reports are empty

I just did the newest update yesterday. I did payroll as usual. I create 3 custom reports that my practice administrator requires each payroll cycle.
I usually export them as a pdf and send them to her. I now export the files and they are empty. I thought maybe it was a glitch so I tried it again. Still empty. Is anyone else having this issue. These are important reports for her. You have no other reports that consolidate all the information I need to send her. Any help would be greatly appreciated

It looks like a problem with the PDF export and we are looking into it. In the mean time, change the export to RTF which I just tested and works and can be opened in Word, or WordPad in Window.

Thanks for reporting the problem. This was fixed and is now available for downloading in build 12.0.16.
