Paul, process of installing today's version PayWindow ended when I chose "Ignore" when confronted with the error pop up message cited in the Title of this post.

Guessing the revised PDF code is conflicting here. The crash has occurred once and the error message preceded it that time and is showing now.

A PayWindow file was locked by Windows and could not be replaced by the setup when you were installing. Restart Windows and download and install PayWindow from our website over what you have.

That will take care of your problem.
