Error Message

A few days ago I tried to update paywindows. Since then each time I try to open the program I get an error message that says an error occured in the application. Please click "Send Bug Report"... I tried to send the bug report but each time I get a message that says "Sorry, sending the bug report didn't work".

I tried downloading the program again from the web but this did not correct the problem. I am able to get into paywindows but I have to click "continue application" every few seconds to use the program.

Any help on correcting this problem or any way to send the bug report?

There is an option to save the bug report as well in the bug report tool. Save it to your desktop and then attach it to an email to support@zpay.com and we can see what is happening and assist you.
