direct deposit ach set up

I was at the bank today to try to get setup for ach direct deposit. I showed the person at the bank the company setup window from Zpay. She not clear on Immediate Routing# Immediate Destination Name, Immediate Origin Routing. Could any one help get a better understanding of what to tell her. She said the bank does support NACHA formatted ACH data files. Thanks Ken Armstrong

I would suggest entering something that would be easy to recognize like all 5's or something and when you give them a one penny test file they will come back and tell you what should be there.

Thank you for your response. But I am still confused as how to set up direct deposit. Is there a tutorial that explains exactly what an Immediate Destination Routing Number is ? along with all the other fields. The person at my bank doesn't know what I'm looking for. Does ZPAY software create it's own ACH file or does my bank.
