How do you upload W2/W3 forms to the ssa website for electronic filing? When I click on the export option, the file that is saved to my hard drive doesn't seem to be any good.

That export is a CSV file used by a software product we used to support for then submitting W2's electronically. In order to submit them on-line now, you would need to use the W2Express add-on for PayWindow.
