View Full Version : Problem with new user in Windows 7

So we purchased and licensed tcw and installed it as instructed on the client side and it was working fine. Then one employee left so I created a new employee account on the windows 7 pc and deleted the old one. Now when the new employee logs in he sees the nag window saying he is using an unregistered version of the tcw, but when I check in admin version it shows registered. How can I fix this?

You must enter the registration name and number on all computers that TimeClockWindow is installed on by opening the TCWAdmin tool and following the instruction found in the help file topic at this link:
