Unable to close Time Clock Window when updating program.

I cannot close Timeclock Window when I want to install an update. When right clicking the icon on the taskbar I only get 2 options: "Timeclock Window" and "Unpin this program from taskbar". When I close it from the desktop it just minimizes to the taskbar.

The "Unpin this program from taskbar" is not the correct Icon. It is the Icon that is displayed when the TimeClockWindow Client program is running and is in the bottom right corner of the Desktop Screen. See this video:
