View Full Version : Employer's Payroll Total Report not exporting all information.

My Employer's Payroll Total Report does not export all the information. When I produce and view it in PayWindow, all the information is there. But when I "Save Export to File", some of the information does not get exported. I just upgraded to 12.0.12 this morning. Running Windows 7. Have been using PayWindow for 3+ yrs.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say that you "Save Export to File", do you mean you are using the Export tool under the Miscellaneous section of the help file or something else?

I go to the Report Center and click on the tab, "Employer Totals", I choose the "Print Preview" button and it generates the report. From that view, I can choose to "Print" or "Save Export to file". I have been using the "Save Export to file" for years, exporting the report to a PDF. But now, when I export to a PDF, some of the information (such as headings for the rows i.e. Employee Additional Medicare", and "Employees Federal Tax", just to mention a few) does not get exported to the PDF.

However, since I posted the original question, I have found that when I export the information as a ".rtf" file, all of the information gets exported. Also, I checked my previous month's Employer Reports and found that the electronic versions of a file, i.e. my January 15, 2014 payroll, is also missing the same information. Yet, my paper copy of that report is not missing any of the information. That means that when I created that report, all of the information WAS exported. So I'm wondering if this is an Adobe Acrobat issue and not a PayWindow issue.

OK Jamie, I have one other user with the same problem and we've not been able to find out why as we cannot replicate it here on any of our computers.

I need you to create a system report in PayWindow and send it to me so we can see if there is something on your computer and the other user's computer that may be causing the PDF problem.

Go into PayWindow and click Help and then System Report and send the system report that it creates. In the email reference the problem so when it comes we know what to do.
