I have spent an hour or so trying to find a report that has the total Regular (Rate 1) wages per employee for the year, the total Overtime (Rate 2) wages per employee for the year and the total Bonus per employee for the year. The Cost Accounting report doesn't total by employee. The Normal 80 Pay Period report doesn't pull out the overtime. The Wide Pay Period report only reports for the pay period (we have 52 pay periods). The Wages Report only has the total Wages and doesn't break down the OT and the Bonuses. Same with the Hourly Report. The Payroll History report doesn't have a total per individual; just each pay period for each person. In the Custom Reports, there a field for Gross Wages, and OT Wages, but not for Bonus Wages.

I write all this just to show that I really have looked for something has what I described earlier. If there is such a report, I would love to know where it is. I don't really want to add up each pay period's information for each employee because of the high chance for errors. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The closest we have is the custom reports where you can print the Total wages, Total OT1 wages, Total OT2 wages for a selected date range. I see we missed the Bonus in that tool though. So that will not give you what you need.

We sent out a newsletter this week asking for suggestions for new features so this is the time to get that for us. I think the best way is to send a download link for the form that you need to complete since most WC reports just ask for the total wages for the employees. What you need seems to be the most complex I've heard of in years and a link to the government website where we can get a copy would help us to see exactly what we need.

Send it to support@zpay.com with the email subject "PayWindow Feature Suggestion".

Thank you so much!! Apparently Tennessee and one other state exempt bonuses from Workers Comp premiums. I tried to find that specific info on the Tennessee govt web site, but was unable to. Tennessee did change a major over-hall of the workers comp laws, so I'll send that information.

I really do appreciate the help!

Searching the Internet, I could not find anything either but if you need to exclude the bonus' from the wages the Employer's Totals Report as well as the Normal 80 Column Report both separate the bonus from the wages.
