Error message when I try to update to 12.0.9

I received the following error message when I try to update to 12.0.9 after I download the file. "Error occurred while trying to replace existing file. Delete File failed Code 5" What am I doing incorrectly?

Code 5 is a windows error telling us that one of the files that the setup is attempting to replace is locked by Windows. Restart the computer and download and install PayWindow.
