is it possible to export, print of copy/paste the time entries for the period. Many of my clients want to keep a copy of there time worked, or put notes or adjustments on the printed or computer document. Is there any way to obtain an individual listing for users? even if it is a copy paste type operation?

Of course you can print, or print preview and even save a report to PDF file in the Report center of the Admin tool. You can select by date ranges and more for the transaction (punches) list reports.

The Clocked in by Employee Report is the best for this as you can even have it print a new page for each employee.
