Immediate Origin Routing Number

I'm trying to setup Direct Deposit / ACH. The Immediate Origin Routing number will only accept 8 digits. The routing number is 9 digits.

I see what happened. Last year we limited the number of characters for each data field because of people entering longer than allows data. That particular data element stated it was 8 characters in the NACHA format grid. However the next data element following it is a single digit and is a checksum for the item making it 9 characters in length total.

We will release an update tomorrow making the data entry 9 digits long.
