No Fax Number on 1096 form.

I'm using PayWindow 2014 12.0.6. I just ran our 2013 W-2 and 1099 forms and noticed that our fax number printed on the W-3 transmittal form, but not on the 1096 transmittal form. No biggie, I wrote it on the 1096 with a pen, but thought you'd like to know and maybe change it in the next update.

Thanks Jeff, will have it added to the form. Amazing that the IRS still uses 1980's technology like a FAX number. :-)

Oh Jeff... I guess I should have tested this before sending it to the developer. Enter the FAX number in the Company settings and it will print. I'm guessing you are using a separate company file for your non-employee payees. It prints the FAX number if it exists as expected. :-)

You guessed correctly Paul, I use two company files and the fax number was in one company file but not the other.
