Bonus pay does not show up on W2

I operate a small S-Corp. In December's payroll I have included a deduction for company paid health insurance (shows up on W2, box 12b) and a bonus of the same amount (exempt from FICA and MCare). The bonus shows up on on the 941 line 2, but does not show up on the W2, box 1. Am I doing something wrong?
