I am not using the option to send a file to the bank for direct deposits through PayWindow. I am setting it up directly on the bank software and logging into that to do the direct deposits. Do I still need to put in the company banking information and the individual banking information into the PayWindow software? Or do I just need to check the box that this will be a direct deposit so I can print the default stubs for the employees for each payroll?

The way you are doing it. simply check the check box in the employee settings.
