State Tax Not Being Calculated

Hello,

I have one employee, out of 6, that is not having the state tax calculated on their pay. They are not exempt, and nothing of the sort is checked off under their profile, but for some reason the state tax just isn't being calculated and withdrawn from their pay. How can I go about resolving this issue?

Not knowing what state you are in, how many exemptions are claimed, if the employee is married or single and what pay period they are set up as and how much the pay is, it's hard to say. As all that is taken into consideration and the employee may not have any tax taken out as a result of those questions.

Let me know all of the settings and I can confirm that for you.
