Direct Deposit Settlement Date

To pay through Direct deposit I must submit my ACH file atl least 2 days in advance of the settlement date. In the PayWindow program, the settlement date for creating the ACH file does not work. When you select the settlement date the only thing that works is changing the date for the whole program and then getting out of the settlement date and going and changing the program date back to the pay date. If you leave the program date the same as the settlement date it will give an error of "no transactions to print".
When changing the settlement date, the apply change should change the date in the settlement date field.

I just tested an export with today's date 12-6-13 in the program and set the fulfillment date to the 9th, 12-9-2013 and the dates are correct as you can see by the element of the file below showing the two dates as expected (date created and settlement date):
