No but if you use the Print Preview button, you can save the report to a PDF file and then email that saved PDF.

Now that my employees have gotten used to DD, they want their stubs to be emailed to them. This would be a great feature to add, especially if you could enter the employees email address so that the program would automatically email their DD stub. Currently I have to print the stubs, fold so that name address is showing out of the window envelope and seal and distribute to my employees.

We are trying to create a batch PDF creation of the pay stubs to be in PayWindow 2015. Cannot automatically email them, but can save individual PDF files using the employee's names as the filenames which can then be dragged and dropped into emails to the employees.
