Hello,

My name is Mark and I'm a computer tech at a local shop here in Hawaii. I have a client that has requested for a time clock for their small business so looking after doing quite a bit of searching around the internet I have found that your software is the most appropriate for my client and the price of the software was very appealing. There really hasn't been any issues with the software. I haven't gotten any calls in terms of fixing anything and my client that actively uses it to keep track of her employees hours hasn't had any major complaints. Overall she is quite pleased and I would just like to let you guys know your doing a good job. I did happen to speak with her the other day after passing her in the store and there was two small things she has mentioned and I thought I might as well let you guys know the feedback from a regular user.

One thing is more about her older employees. Some of them has mentioned to her that the font is too small and they kinda have a hard time reading the text within the program. I have not found any way within the program to increase the size of the text or even re-size the time clock window. I figured I could try at least messing with Display settings but the settings are OS wide of course. In XP, you can mess with Font Appearance but it won't scale all aspects of the program.

The other is something she has mentioned that would be a nice feature for your software because I have not seen this feature in any of the software I have come across except one but it was aimed towards larger and corporate environments. Not to mention the software was very pricey and way too complex for her needs. She was basically looking for a easier way to round the break times besides her doing it manually.. If a employee went for a break around 6:23p it would round it to 6:25p.. Same thing with coming back from break they could clock in at 6:22p and it would round to 6:20p.

I thought I would let you know cause it would be very cool to see if these features could possibly be implemented within your software. I'm sure it would add even more value to your software and would continue to keep everyone (or at least most of us) quite happy. I don't expect to see these features what so ever but again, it would be very very nice to see it happen!

Aloha,
~Mark

The font size is the normal font size used in all programs such as MS Word or Internet Explorer. If they have the elderly that need larger font display, simply change the screen resolution by Right Clicking on the Desktop and lowering the resolution.

An example is I have a huge monitor and generally have a fair number of Windows open at the same time so I have my resolution set to 1920x1080 which everything looks smaller so I can have windows open side by side.

By lowering the resolution to 1280x720, everything is larger and easier to read if your vision is impaired.
