California DE9 and Federal 941 Reports 2013

Hi,
I'm trying to generate and print the Federal 941 report. The program generates the report, but when I click to print, a message comes up indicating the report is damaged, but being repaired. The report is saved in a file for "941's". In the meantime, Acrobate Reader trys to open the file, but fails.
I've also tried to open the state reports for the De9 in the PayWindow program. It appears to get the information, but when I review it, the form is blank. What should I do? Thanks for the help.:confused:

Since you are having a problem with two different software programs, PayWindow from us and one from DGR Software, my guess is you have an Adobe Acrobat problem.

I'd suggest uninstalling Adobe Acrobat and then downloading and reinstalling it.
