When we ran our payroll this week, a bug was found in our database that caused everyone's regular pay time to be exported as OT except for one employee. On this particular employee if I delete or change the date of her last time punch and/or play with the dates that I use to export (ex: 7/1-7/14 vs. 7/1-7/12) everyone else times will change from exporting as regular pay to OT and back. I can't figure out exactly what is going on! I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the holiday pay that was added to the other employees for the payroll period? If I start to export the times for the current payroll so far (7/15-7/18) there isn't any problems, but I want to make sure this isn't something that we will have issues with again or that there is something corrupt in our database. Any suggestions?
