I have a new computer.
1) Do I need to deactivate the old PayWindow software on the old computer that I will no longer be using?
2) As long as I have the company backups (I back up to our server each time before I sign out), is there anything that needs to be set on the new program installation?

I ask because I used the program twice and it wasn't until the second time that I realized that the program was not prompting me for a password. I found out how to set that, but it got me thinking that there might be other preferences that I set years ago when I started with PayWindow. I am not worried about how I see things. I am worried about tax withholdings, etc.

Thank you.

It sounds like you've followed our instructions to move to a new computer at this link:

If you've done all that, you are good to go. Any SUTA, FUTA, or SDI tax overrides are stored in the company database so those are as you set them.
