Reporting 941 Form On-line

Do you happen to know the site to enter the figure for form 941 on-line at the IRS website? Couldn't find it.

You would go to http://www.eftps.gov and sign up for an account and the tools to pay and report the taxes are on that site.

Paul, the site you gave him is the one used to PAY federal taxes such as Social Security, Medicare and Withholding. I go there every payday to tell them to take those from our bank account the following Wednesday. I don't think you can file a 941 through that site.

There is an IRS site where you can learn about electronic filing of 941 forms, but it doesn't look very friendly to individual business filers it is at:

Frankly, I find it quite easy to let PayWindow produce the paper 941 form for me, sign it and spend half a buck on an envelope and stamp to mail it in.
