Is there a report that would show any changes made to the employees (such as pay rate---withholding status, etc.)?

We recently had an employee that went from "married" in 2012 payroll to "single" in 2013. I am the only one with access to the system and I don't remember changing that.

There is no report that shows when changes were made unless you entered a note in the Notes in the employee record as seen on this page of the help file:

http://zpay.com/pw-online-help/NotesTab.htm

As the description reads, that is where you would record such a change:

"The Notes Tab is a place that you can type in comments about your employees. Notes such as disciplinary notices, raises given and such. Or termination notes for future reference."
