new computer (window 8) and am attempting to load my payroll data

I just bought a new computer (window 8) and am attempting to load PayWindow into it along with my 2013 payroll. I followed the restore instructions and I open my payroll and it's not there. everything is blank.

this is what screen says
select company to open:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\PayWindow Data Files\diam.dxi
pay window tax table directory:
C:\Users\momlina\Documents\PayWindow Tax Files\
Paywindow (default) data directory:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\PayWindow Data Files\
