I tried to print my 941 for 2013 1st quarter the line 7 shows -26.-25 I don;t understand why ?

The 941 Form audits your saved payroll transactions and line 7 can be a few cents but if larger, you need to find and fix the problem. There are a number of things that can cause the problem (user errors) and they are listed in this FAQ:

can I E-mail my database I don't see what I did wrong...it's a small company with 4 employee so not a lot to look for I looked 3 times and now my eyes are blurred....

You did not update your tax tables on January 1st with the new FICA rates until just before your March 1, 2013 payroll and used the 4.2% FICA rate in the January through February payroll instead of the new 6.2% and that's why you owe the $26.25 difference.

This is what I would do, I would delete the incorrect payrolls and then set the date for each and repay them to fix the problem else not only will your reports be off all year, but the employees W2 Forms will be off.

When the Update Checker tells you that you need to update the program or the tax tables, please do not ignore it to keep out of trouble.

I did that and it fixed the problem now it shows .05 on line 7 so I think it's OK now...thanks for your prompt response A++++++ Software.
