I have had many requests from employees who are trying to get loans, etc. for pay stubs that have compan y information on them. Is there an easy way to do this???

When you purchase the checks, they come with the Company Name printed on them. See this FAQ which has links to the different checks:

I do not do checks - these are direct deposit to employee account. I am just printing copy for their records and these copies show only the payee information - nothing about the company doing the paying. I have friend in mortgage business and she says that this comes up quite often. I am just printing on copy paper and I think there should be a way to enter company information on top of receipt when printed checks are not used and employee uses this as proof of income for loans, etc.

If the employees are setup as Direct Deposit payees, the "Direct Deposit stub" does show the company name if you selected the default stub. The others print on special forms that almost look like checks as seen in this one example:

OK - I see the option you are referring to but cannot get it to print - It shows "o" available even though I have changed employees to direct deposit and am using payoll for 3/31/13 as date. I see where you have to set up company direct deposit information. I do not want to use the system to do banking part.... just want to print direct depost stubs. Is it possible to do this without the company information or can I use 000 in the field to fool the system so it doesn't do the bank part? This is exactly what i am looking for if i could only get it to work

The employees *must* be set as Direct Deposit *before* paying them as the settings are saved in the transaction telling PayWindow to print a check or direct deposit stub for the transactions. You cannot print past saved transactions without the proper flag set. It will just work going forward.

All that is required is the check box (Item 1) that is seen on this page in the help file is checked before paying and saving the transactions:

ok, I did a payroll check as a test and the stub still leaves a lot to be desired. ... All that the default one shows is the company name small print... nothing more. The various options look good but seem to be for pre printed forms not for blank sheets because nothing shows up. They would be perfect if they would print all that info on a blank sheet as shown on screen but not happening. So again I am looking for more "company" information on the direct deposit form so employees can use these stubs for proof of income. .... company name / address / phone number

That's correct as we earn money on the sale of forms, checks and direct deposit stubs which is what allows us to sell our software at hundreds of dollars less than competitors such as Intuit. The default is very simple but the direct deposit stubs are much better that you can buy. This is a link to one of the examples:
