Hi Paul,
This is my first issue in years. I just updated the tax tables. I'm not sure when doing so if I've been consistent with prior updates when answering the question, "is it for me or for all users?"
Anyhow, I enter the employees hours, hit pay (F6), and get the error "DBISAM Engine Error #11010 Table or backup file 'PPCTAX12' does not exist.
Can you advise?

Download and reinstall PayWindow to fix the problem. Last Summer, we added the "For All Users" to be able to install the tax tables on computers where different users can log into. Make sure PayWindow is not running when you download and install from our website.

Thanks Paul and I have been very happy with this program; its simplicity and the fact that it verifies for me if I need to update.
