Newhire

Is there a quick way inside Paywindow to find newhires? I hire so many people in such a short time over two or three pay periods, I have trouble keeping up with them. I guess the easiest way is when I enter them in PW, turn them in to state as newhires.

You could use the "Anniversary" report under the Miscellaneous Reports section to see the hire dates.

Could you add the anniversary date to the custom report fields?

I'm guessing the Anniversary report is not doing what you need?

If your state is like mine, it must be done immediately as the forms *must* be signed "no later than the first day of employment". We have all that paperwork filled out with their application and send it in when they are hired.

I'm not sure how adding the hire date to the custom reports would help you over the anniversary report.
