11.0.5 Correct Taxes

I'm using 11.0.5 version; does this one have the up-to-date taxes for 2013?

No it does not, 11.0.5 was released in December and has none of the 2013 tax tables. Do you have the update checker disabled? The current version of PayWindow is 11.0.12. Download and install it over what you have. See this page in the help file on using an alternate method of keeping up to date if you are not using the update checker.
