I have one employee that I cannot get the federal exemptions to update. They were set at 3 last year but wanted to go to 0 this year and they still don't have any fwh taken from their paycheck. What am I doing wrong?

Give me an example of the settings for the employee. The following is what I need:

Pay Period: Item 2 on that page.
Martial (Fed): Item 5 on the page.
No of Dependants Federal: Item 7 on the page.
Exempt From Federal: Item 12 on the page.
And finally, the amount of pay for the employee.

How big is their paycheck? Small pay checks = no withholding allot of times.

That's correct if they are low income, there is no Federal Withholding. With the exact information requested, I can confirm that's what it is.
A simple example it that a married person on a weekly payroll with 3 exemptions would have to earn $390.00 to pay a 54 cents Federal Tax.
