Why cant I download updates???

I have tried about 10 times to update tax tables and program from the automatic update / download assistant and it just hangs right after it begins and says disconnected from server. Then you can hit the resume button on the bottom and it just sits there and does nothing. I am clearly connected to the internet because Im writing this post. What could be wrong???

Not sure if it was a domain name server problem or what. See if you can download and install from our download page following the instructions here:

http://zpay.com/pw-online-help/AlternateUpdateDownload.htm

That will download and reinstall PayWindow and replace the download assistant as well as update to the latest tax release.
