I have an employee who has a one time yearly income line for imputed income for Group Life Insurance (GLI). The amount is income that is reportable in Box 1 of the W2 and also in Box 12 (Code = C) but not actually included in the gross pay for the pay period it was entered. What is the proper way to set this up in PayWindow so that the W2 wages reflect the amount and the Box 12 amount is properly displayed on the W2?

The only way to do that would to use the W2Express add-on for PayWindow that allows you to edit the W2 Forms before printing them. See this page in the help file:
