941 Total wages including 401K in total for 4th quarter

No changes have been made to payroll or employees. All of a sudden the 4th quarter is including Total Gross Wages with 401K as Line 2 on the 941. All prior quarters did not do this. Error? Thanks

It sounds like your 941 check box in the deduction settings of the Company for that deduction was accidentally unchecked. See item number 7 in this page of the help file:

Check it and it should be OK.
