940 - State Credit Reduction

Is there any place that I should have marked so when I print the annual 940 that it checks paid wages in a state that is subject to Credit Reduction and then it prints a Schedule A.

No, you would simply download the form from the IRS Website and complete it if you are in one of those states. Here is the link:
