Form 943

I am updated to 11.0.5.

My 943 numbers are incorrect when compared to monthly totals. Each month is wrong on the 943 (Line 15) compared to my paper monthly Employer Reports that were used to do our deposits. I have a $401 difference. The report is bringing in all mystery totals. Lines 1 thru 7 are ok.

I only have 3 workers and each are checked off as 943 agricultural people. I don't know what to check next and need your help. Thanks.

I would need to see your company database Marge. In the email, give us the same information you did in the message you just posted and attach the database backup following the instructions here and we will see if we can spot what you may not have set properly. Instructions at this link:

I received the database and printed the reports. I’m not sure what you are comparing against but the numbers match the Employer Totals Report exactly which is attached along with the 943. The 943 shows the entire year adjustments to only be 3 cents.

I just emailed you the reports. I'm guessing you were printing with the version of PayWindow that had not yet had the 2012 943 Form added to it which was added in December when it came available from the IRS.

But with the correct form it is perfect as expected.
