Program won't update to new version

I updated my program to 11.0.5 yesterday 1/2/13 and got a new update this morning 1/3/13 and it won't let me update it all it says it I have version 7.0.42.0 and I need the new version. Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks

You still have an old version of PayWindow on that computer as well as the new release and the tax table installer picked it up when looking for paywin.exe to get the version number. You should find that old installation and get rid of it.

Use the Find or Search tool in windows to locate paywin.exe and determine which is that old one and delete it.

A quick fix to get around that problem is to download and install PayWindow from our website over what you have as the program setup always has the current tax tables.
