OK I downloaded the update today and it is withholding both FICA and Federal income at the new rates. Searching online produced mixed results regarding whether or not to withhold both at the new rate. Results are a depressing lower paycheck for employees and ourselves. Some of the search results said to withhold FICA but not Federal Income tax at new rates. What is correct or do you all know something I don't? Thanks
