Corrupted PayWindow

I am using Windows 7 and yesterday after trying to install the latest update, I received an error stating that PayWindows was corrupt, and the update was not installed. Today the update installed with no error, but the program is behaving oddly. Upon entering a commission it would not allow me to enter the cents in the fugure with only one decimal place showing. Please advise. Thank You.

I just tested and cannot replicate the problem. Download and reinstall from our download page at http://zpay.com/download.htm and be sure after installing you are not opening an older version than 10.0.32 which I am using. Below is an image of my test.
