Hi there

We are trying to move the payroll program over to another computer ...a new person is going to be doing payroll.

It looks like we have successfully loaded the program onto the new computer and set up the company. I then emailed my backup to the new person and had her try to restore onto her computer. It is not working.

Do you have any suggestions or have any ideas why the restore is not working? She has the most recent version loaded as well.

When you restore your backup, you need to save the fileto disk first.

Steps to restore are:
1) Extract the attachment from ZIP file to disk.
2) Click on the restore from PayWindow.
3) Select the file and click Restore.
4) On restore, there will be a DXI file present.
5) Select the DXI file and then open it from PayWindow.
