I need to identify insurance being refunded to employees. Can I add a new pay type?

I'm sorry but there are not any additional pay types. Is this like an auto reimbursement where you are paying them back their out of pocket expenses? If so you can handle that like they do for auto reimbursements. See this FAQ:
