Employee addresses not being fully printed on checks

In the last few weekly runs, a few (3 out of 8) employee addresses have not fully printed on the checks. For example, the name and street address will appear, but not the city/state/zip. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

There was a version where there was a problem with the address on the checks because of a defective check form, download and install the current release from our website.

Thank you for this. Sorry to be ignorant, but when I checked for needed updates, my program is seemingly current. Where would I find what you have suggested? Thanks.

The "program" is still 10.0.21, the check files had to be modified to print the four line address as we had it large enough to only print a three line address which is the US Postal format. Just download and install PayWindow from or download page on the website to get the modified check format files installed.
